Information before a booking
We work to keep property, rate, safety and availability information clear and current. Website content is general information until management confirms the details for your dates in writing. A booking request is not an acceptance or a reservation.

Site materials
The Kelly’s Chalet name, design, writing, photographs, videos and other original site materials are protected by applicable rights. You may view and keep ordinary copies for your own trip planning. Do not republish, sell, scrape, remove notices from or use site materials to misrepresent the property.

Respectful and secure use
Do not interfere with the site, test it without authorisation, attempt to access another guest’s private link, submit malicious content or use an automated system in a way that burdens the service. Report a suspected security or privacy issue privately to management.
