01 · HOUSE RULES
Registered guests and quiet evenings
Only registered occupants and approved visitors may attend. No parties or events. Quiet hours are 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.; nuisance noise is not permitted at any time.
02 · HOUSE RULES
Dogs by prior approval
Up to two approved dogs. Use a physical leash outdoors, keep dogs off furniture and beds, protect flooring beneath bowls and remove waste daily. Contact us about service animal accommodation.
03 · HOUSE RULES
Smoking, fires and wildlife
No smoking or vaping indoors. Use only the designated outdoor smoking location. Fires require current permission and safe conditions. No fireworks. Never feed or approach wildlife.

Care for the property
Park only in the driveway, report damage or safety concerns promptly and follow the departure instructions. Never switch off essential heating, the refrigerator or safety systems.
05 · HOUSE RULES
Privacy and cameras
Disclosed exterior cameras may record entry areas. No interior cameras, audio recording, facial recognition or automated person tracking are permitted under the agreement. Exact camera locations and views must be disclosed before signing.
