Booking requests
When you send a booking request, we collect your name, email, phone number, dates, group size, dog count and the message you choose to provide. We use this information to assess, quote and manage your request. It is stored in the protected booking system and accessed by authorised management. Do not include identity documents, payment card details, medical details or a Social Insurance Number.

Agreement preparation
The agreement preparer runs in your browser. Information that you enter in the preparer is not submitted to the website. For an approved request, saved booking details can be loaded using your private link. Downloading a PDF creates a copy on your device. Sharing that copy or making it available through the private guest portal is a separate action. The portal records intentional acceptance, the document checksum, signer name, initials and signing time.

Service providers and location
The website and booking records use Sites and Cloudflare services. This does not promise Canadian only processing. The private guest link identifies the signing session. It does not independently verify government identity or control of an email account. Operational email through Google Workspace will be enabled only after the business account is connected. Signing information is disclosed in the completed agreement.

Retention and requests
Unconverted requests are scheduled for review and deletion after 90 days unless needed for an active matter. Signed agreements and completion evidence are retained for seven years after departure or final claim resolution, subject to legal hold. Request access or correction through the privacy contact. Retention requires management oversight and the configured maintenance process.

Cookies, maps and technical logs
Kelly’s Chalet does not currently use advertising trackers or visitor analytics cookies. Essential authentication cookies may be used for private booking and management functions, and the hosting service keeps limited technical and security logs. When the Google map on the contact page approaches the visible screen, the browser connects directly to Google Maps. Google receives ordinary connection information such as the IP address, browser details, referring site and the map request, and may use cookies under its own policies. Apple Maps and Waze receive information only after you choose their links. Weather and space weather data are fetched by the server.

Saved public content and preferences
Your browser may save public pages, photographs and short videos for faster repeat visits and limited offline browsing. Private guest records, booking submissions and live conditions are not saved by this offline feature. The motion setting is stored on your device. Browser site data controls can clear the setting, cached public content and cookies.

Camera notice
The agreement requires exterior video only, no audio or biometric tracking, and normal recording overwrite after 14 days unless an incident or preservation requirement applies. The completed booking must disclose the exact camera count, locations and fields of view.
