A quote for your stay
Send your dates and group size. Management confirms availability, the accommodation charge, any approved extra guests, cleaning, dogs, taxes and other mandatory charges in Canadian dollars. Payment instructions are provided with your offer.

What confirms a booking
A request is not a reservation. The required payment, completed agreement, signing authentication and management acceptance must be in place before the booking is confirmed.

Cancellation terms
The standard agreement provides an accommodation refund at 30 or more full days before arrival, 50% at 15 to 29 full days, and no accommodation refund at fewer than 15 full days, subject to the complete policy and applicable rights. Your booking summary identifies the policy that applies.

Additional guests and dogs
The base package is up to six registered guests, subject to any lower lawful or insured limit. Extra guests and up to two dogs require advance approval and a disclosed charge where applicable. Service animal accommodation is considered under applicable law.
